Just breathe

This is what I tell myself whenever things are really hard.

I’ve met lots of clients recently who are hanging on by a thread mentally.

When things are really tough, all you need to do is take a breath, then the next one.

Breathe and feel your feelings, allow your breath to move the feelings through you.

Use your breath to alchemise your heavy and dense feelings and know they will change if you allow yourself to feel them
