Food of the day

When you work hard and play hard refuling is so important. We always have 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today i said i would do a blog on what we eat in a day.

Today in particular Asif and i didnt get to have any meals together.

For breakfast we had fried egg, potato wedges and chicken samosas with a side salad off, onions, peppers, cucumber,boiled eggs, homemade egg mayonaise and prawn crackers,

For lunch we had a plate of snacks chicken sausages, potato cubes, chicken slices, chicken pieces and oranges.

For dinner i made chicken curry and rice with a side plate if cucumbers, onions, peppers, home made egg mayonnaise washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice.

For supper we have a mug of tea and bread and butter with a packet of o Donnells gluten free cheese and onion crisps.
