When your holding onto things

If you find yourself holding onto things, remember the glass of water story:

1. Hold a glass of water for a minute, it’s fine
2. Hold a glass for an hour, your arm will hurt
3. Hold a glass for a day, you’ll be in so much pain

The weight of the glass never changes, but the longer you hold onto it, the heavier it becomes. Stress and worry work the same way, so stop holding onto things 🙏🏾❤️
