Sometimes we just dont feel good life can be so stressful ,it can cause us to feel horrible and yesterday i was feeling like that.
I know its ok not to be ok and i know everyone feels down from time to time. So i did my tan and my nails, whitened my teeth. Then had a duvet day. I went to bed and watched movies back to back.
I got up in the evening and went for a walk with Asif. The sun was shining and fresh air is always good for you.
Im feeling a lot better today i think sometimes we just need to check out from reality, switch our phones off and just mind ourselves.
Today im going for lunch with my two brothers to my favourite chinese.
