Right now im struggling a bit, i have the flu but have to go to work (the joys of being self employed) i started at 4.30 this morning and wont finish until 5.30 this evening. Im exhausted i cant seem to break the fever its day 3 of it. As you know we are caring for 2 little boys 4 and 9, its like emergency care and its hard work, im working 2 jobs, i travel all around the country with 1 job and my other job is full time running my own business im the proud owner of a vintage store, im attending college to be an aromatherapist and about to start my masters in business next week, doing all that and looking after 2 boys is hard too hard.

Im really struggling with making dinners that they will eat, getting them to school on time is a disaster .

I know routine is good for kids, so after work i collect them, we have dinner, then i do there homework with them, its playtime for an hour, story time and then bedtime.

They love living with us and asked can they stay with us forever, now thats not an option, we only took them in as they have no where else to go, they are not related to us, i am hoping there mother will straighten herself out and get them back.

The children are healthy and happy and the bruises have faded but im not sure what psychological damage may be done to them, its hard to tell. But they have settled in well better than i ever expected.

I know it sounds selfish saying i dont want them to stay but they were strangers to us, we had no connection to them at all. We arent at home enough and i worry about those kids having such a long day.

I never planned to have kids, were not getting paid for this so its not a money making scheme.

Asif is going to dublin after work so ill have the kids which is hard when im just finished a 13 hour day.

I pray i can get them to bed early tonight
